WingRep began with a single question: What if anyone could have an elite coach in their corner?

Our founder, Amit, had spent most of his life overweight. That changed when he discovered Navy SEAL and ultra-marathoner David Goggins' books. Inspired, Amit built a Goggins-style AI coach as a tool for his own self-transformation. He worked with that AI coach every day, and the results were life-changing. He lost 50 pounds and ran his first marathon.

That moment sparked a bigger mission: to democratize elite support using AI. Because while the right coach can transform careers, teams, and lives, that kind of support has historically been out of reach for 99% of professionals because it's too expensive.

WingRep is changing that.

We started with one goal: give every sales professional the kind of coaching support that used to be reserved for the top 1%.
