About the feature

No installation is required.

This feature automatically sends a meeting bot to your scheduled Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings. The bot records the transcript of each meeting, enabling you to receive personalized coaching based on what was discussed. Bots are pre-scheduled according to the events in your connected calendar.

  1. Log in to your account at https://www.wingrep.ai/ 
  2. Navigate to the Settings page.
  1. Scroll down to the Meeting Preferences section.

  2. Use the toggle next to Meeting Bots Integration to turn it on or off, depending on your preference.
